In the May edition of “The Chef’s Corner” on Downtown Depot, Chef Corey McEntyre of Milo discusses the new Tuesday pick-up schedule employed by the expanding Downtown Waco Farmer’s Market. Goods will be housed at the East Waco Food Hub, a new operation from partners of Brazos Valley Cheese that will increase options for food-related retailers in the city and is based in East Waco.

“The Chef’s Corner” is co-produced by Waco Business News and KWBU. It first aired on Friday, April 5 2019, in Episode 63 of "Downtown Depot" on 103.3 KWBU-FM Waco.
