Downtown Depot: Katherine Makowsky

March 19, 2018 by Austin Meek in Downtown Depot

In Episode 37 of Downtown Depot, show host Austin Meek hears from Katherine Makowsky. A fine artist, Katherine draws on her natural environment to create pieces for private customers, commercial clients, and her own design imprint, Wood Hall Studio, which can be found downtown at the Cultivate 712 art gallery. Before that conversation, Meek hears from Raegan King, Site Manager of the Waco Mammoth National Monument, about the terrific growth on the property in the past three years, and he also recaps a recent Waco Business News article about the City's evolution and those resistant to change.
