"In our market, you have to be able to do everything. In Houston or Dallas you can specialize, but here, you have to be able to multitask."

Bland Cromwell has worked in Waco real estate since 1977 and is one of the 11th Street partners mentioned on "Downtown Depot." He was the national top Commercial Producer for Coldwell Banker in 2014. He has achieved Top 5 status six times, topping the charts twice, despite competing with markets such as Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.
